ABSTRACT
A 39 year old average built patient presented in our hospital with post fracture non union of both bone left leg since 15 years. He suffered from traumatic fracture of both bones left leg 15 years back. He took treatment initially from a quack in his village but didn’t consult any qualified doctor due to ignorance as well as financial problems. He now presented to our hospital for consultation and management. Although non union of tibia is not uncommon but this case is reported as patient is walking and doing routine work since past 15 years with non union of left leg bones which is very rare. Some of clinical and radiological photos of this patient are shown here.
Conclusion: In our all the patients, the infected extremities healed without the addition of cancellous bone graft, microvascular fibular, or soft -tissue grafting.
