The following terms and conditions applies to users of this website and our journal's services. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms and Conditions as changed from time to time.
General Instructions
All authors are advised to read instructions written on our official website www.ijhsr.org before submission of research articles. All authors have to submit signed copyright form available on our website at the time of submission of manuscript regarding originality of content and research work. This is applicable to publication of research articles in our journal- International Journal of Health Sciences and Research (IJHSR). It is the responsiblity of the concerned author to submit signed copyright/consent form at the time of submission of manuscript for publication of research articles. Any breach or false/fake signature in copyright/consent form will be considered as misconduct in our Publication Policy and Ethics and sole responsibility will be of author in such case. All users of our services are agreed to our Publication Policy and Ethics. Authors are instructed to read our Publication Policy and Ethics written on our website. These policies are updated from time to time as per regulation of our journal and authors are advised to check these policies periodically for any update and changes. These policies are subject to change without any notice.
Publisher, editors and all persons involved in publishing service do not assume any liability or responsibility for the precision, plagiarism, completeness, or utility of any piece of information provided in this journal. Authors are solely responsible for entire contents of articles published by them in this journal.
Journal's editorial team, editor/publisher reserve the right not to accept an article with or without specifying any reason. Author(s) can not insist on acceptance of article after submission of manuscript. The decision of editor/publisher will be final and can not be challenged anywhere by anyone.
The entire content of our journal are protected by Indian and International Copyright law. No one is allowed to copy the contents of our journal and reproduce them in any form electronic or print. However, users can cite any article or useful information published in our journal as reference, subject to proper citation of authorship and ownership of copyright. No one is allowed to print our journal's contents for commercial purposes.
Resolution of Disputes
Any dispute or claim arising from our publication service will be resolved amicably by our team. Users are instructed to write matter to our Email: editor.ijhsr@gmail.com and editor@ijhsr.org. Final decision of editor will be accepted in such case of dispute or conflicts arised out of any published article and can not be challenged anywhere.
Retraction Policy
Our journal retracts the published article in some exceptional circumstances to maintain integrity of the scholarly scientific publication. We take this action upon receipt of any complaint which proved valid and relevant after scrutiny of the issue.
An article will be retracted or deleted from the journal’s website even after several years of publication under the following circumstances.
- Infringement of professional ethical codes like plagiarism (any kind of plagiarism), multiple submissions, bogus claims of the authorship, fraudulent use of the data or similar circumstances.
- If major scientific error is found in the published article due to any reasons like misconduct in research, fabrication of data, error caused by miscalculation etc.
- Published content has been infringing the Copyright and intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The article has been already published earlier in any form (partly or fully) having valid source.
- The published article and contents violate publication ethics and any misconduct in research.
- Any controversial/disputed article that has led (or could lead) to court case or legal action.
- Any other unethical issues or malpractices.
Copyright Infringement Policy and Plagiarism Policy
We are against any kind of copyright infringement and plagiarism issue. Published article in our journal will be deleted from website if found plagiarised or copyright infringed after scrutinization by our team. Any published article in our journal upon receipt of complaint from any person or entity will be corresponded to the concerned author of that article and will be given 10 days for clarification. Article violating plagiarism or copyright infringement policy will be deleted from website if corresponding author fails to clarify or defend the complaint within 10 days. Users are required to read other details in our editorial policy and instructions sections.
Withdrawal Policy
Author can withdraw an accepted or unaccepted manuscript by writing an email to the editor.
Published article can be withdrawn by the concerned author by stating valid and relevant reason of the withdrawal.
Such article may not be withdrawn if the editor found the reason is invalid or irrelevant.
Privacy Policy
All authors and users of our services are assured that their personal informations are kept confidential, protected and safe as per Privacy Policy of our journal. Details are available on separate page of Privacy Policy written on our website.
